Here's exactly how to get in and actually use it like a pro.

Step 1: Access Seedance 2.0 through CapCut with an Indonesian VPN

Download a VPN app (UrbanVPN's free tier works). Set your location to Indonesia.

Open CapCut mobile app // or capcut.com.

Look for "Video Studio" in the workspace.

Seedance is a shot generator, not a video generator.

Each clip maxes out at 15 seconds at 720p. So plan 3–5 individual scenes before you generate anything.

Step 3: Write your prompt using the 5-block structure

Most people write prompts like essays. The model ignores 80% of it. Every Seedance prompt should hit five blocks:

SUBJECT - Who or what is in the frame, wardrobe, setting, mood. Be physical and specific. "A man in a dark wool coat stands at the edge of a rain-soaked rooftop, shoulders tense, jaw clenched, city lights scattered behind him."

ACTION - One single verb. One motion. Not three. "A cheetah sprints through dense jungle undergrowth" - that's it. Multiple verbs confuse the model every time. One verb per generation, no exceptions.

CAMERA - One movement, one framing. Don't stack three moves. "Slow dolly push-in" or "static locked-off frame" or "lateral tracking shot." Speed modifiers matter - "slowly" vs "rapidly" produces dramatically different output.

STYLE - This is where everyone writes "cinematic" and wonders why the output looks like stock footage. Single keywords do nothing. Reinforcement pairs do everything.

❌ "Cinematic" - generic, the model has seen ten million images tagged cinematic.

✅ "Motivated warm lighting, natural film grain, shallow depth of field, lifted blacks" -the model knows exactly what you want.

QUALITY SUFFIX - On every single prompt, no exceptions. Always end with: "4K, Ultra HD, Rich details, Sharp clarity, Cinematic texture, Natural colors, Stable picture."

Five blocks. Subject, action, camera, style, quality. Every prompt, every time.

Pro tip: Copy this entire structure → paste it into ChatGPT or Claude → describe your scene in plain English → ask the AI to build your prompt using these five blocks → then ask it to translate the final prompt into Chinese (Mandarin).

Seedance was built by ByteDance and trained heavily on Chinese-language data. Chinese prompts often nail textures, lighting, and physics way better than English ones. Five minutes of translation can save you an hour of re-generation.

Step 4: Generate each clip - but know your limits first

You get 450 free credits per CapCut account.

One 15-second video costs 255 credits.

That's effectively one generation per account. Do not waste it on a vague prompt. Get your 5-block prompt right before you hit generate.

If you need more generations, create a new CapCut account - the credits reset. One hard limit: human faces are completely blocked in CapCut.

The app literally says "Human face not supported." Work with landscapes, animals, objects, and abstract scenes for now.

Step 5: Stitch your clips in CapCut's timeline

Import all your generated clips into CapCut's editor. Arrange them and edit it. Export and you're done.
